When you enter the charger ID on the mobile app or the web app, it will show the current status of the charger.
1. In Use
Preparing: A vehicle is plugged in and the charger is awaiting activation from the user.
Charging: A vehicle is actively charging.
SuspendedEV: A vehicle has completed charging or stopped charging due to the charging schedule on the vehicle. The charger is offering energy but the vehicle is not taking any energy.
SuspendedEVSE: The vehicle has stopped charging due to the charging schedule on the charger or local power constraints.
Finishing: A user has stopped charging remotely, but the vehicle remains plugged in.
2. Available
Available: No vehicle is plugged in, so the charger is available for use. A connector becomes available for a new user.
3. Unavailable
Offline: The charger is offline due to a power outage or issue with networking hardware (or it is in pre-deployment phase). Chargers can also be unavailable if it’s a paired charger and the other one is in use.
Faulted: The charger has faulted due to, for example, voltage fluctuation (the charger will only stay in this state temporarily while it resets itself).
