When using your mobile browser
When updating payment details using your browser, you will do the following:
1. On your mobile browser, go to the SWTCH website https://charge.swtchenergy.com/
2. Upon logging in, please click on the Menu icon located in the top right-hand corner, which is represented by two horizontal lines, and then select "Add to Wallet."
From here, you can select update Payment method and enter your new credit card details.
3. Save details.
When using the Mobile app
1. After you downloaded the mobile to your phone, and signed in, please go to the Wallet Section located at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
2- Once inside the Wallet section, edit your payment details as shown below. (You can either enter your CC details or you can "Scan" your card using your camera to avoid typing all the digits.)
3. Click on save details, and you have added a new payment method.
