You can delete your SWTCH account via Mobile App

Open the SWTCH App:
- Launch the SWTCH app on your mobile device. Ensure you are logged in to your account.

- Tap on the two-line icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap "Settings" from the menu options.
- Tap on the two-line icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Navigate to Account Deletion:
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Tap on "Delete Account".

Confirm Account Deletion:
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Read the information provided, as it may explain the implications of deleting your account.
- Confirm your decision by tapping "OK".

Verify Identity:
- You may be asked to enter your password or another form of verification to confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Complete the verification process
You can temporarily deactivate your SWTCH account via the Web App

Visit the SWTCH Website:
- Open your preferred web browser and go to the SWTCH website (https://www.swtchenergy.com/). Login your SWTCH account.

Go to Account Settings:
- Once logged in, click on the two-line icon, usually located in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Once logged in, click on the two-line icon, usually located in the top-right corner of the page.

Find the Deactivate Account Option:
- In the account settings menu, look for an option labeled "Temporarily deactivate my Account".
- Click on this option.

Confirm Deactivation:
- A confirmation page or popup will appear. It will provide details on what deactivating your account entails.
- Confirm your choice by clicking "OK"

Completion:
- A popup will appear confirming your account has been temporarily deactivated.
