Stuck connectors or physical damage
- To release a stuck connector, ensure that the vehicle doors are locked and then unlock them three times before attempting to remove the connector.
- If the connector remains stuck after ending the charging session, check if your vehicle has an emergency release mechanism near the charge port or in the trunk, as SWTCH Level 2 chargers do not have a locking mechanism.
- If a stuck connector cannot be released through standard procedures, escalate the issue to the technical team for further investigation or arrange for on-site inspection.
- For cases of physical damage to the connector or charging hardware, collect and forward photos of the damage to the support team so that an internal ticket can be opened and the appropriate team can address the issue.
