Can I use the FLO app at a SWTCH charger?

Yes! SWTCH and FLO have a roaming partnership, which makes charging across both networks seamless for drivers.

Because of this partnership, you can use your FLO app (or FLO RFID card) to activate and pay for a charging session at any public SWTCH charging station.

It works both ways!

The partnership is fully reciprocal. If you are a regular SWTCH driver and prefer to keep all your charging history in one place, you can use your SWTCH app to start a session at a FLO charging station.

How to start a session across networks:

1. Open your preferred app (either SWTCH or FLO).

2. Locate the charging station on the app's map, or simply scan the QR code located on the front of the charger.

3. Follow the standard prompts in your app to begin charging.

A quick note on pricing: While the apps are interchangeable, the cost to charge is always set by the specific property or station owner. We recommend always checking the charging rate displayed within the app before starting your session.
