- Reason for cancellation (optional).

4: Confirm Cancellation Terms
- SWTCH Support will confirm your request and provide information about your cancellation.
- Important: You will retain access to the charger until the last day of your paid subscription period. After that, your access will be terminated.
A charger ID is required to process a subscription cancellation request for SWTCH memberships.
Subscription cancellation requests may take up to 48 business hours to be completed after submission to the appropriate team.
