If you're consistently encountering SuspendedEV status within just a few minutes of starting the charger, it's advisable to:
- Check your EV's charging settings. There may be a charging schedule being set or the battery is only allowed to be charged at a certain level.
- Ensure your charging cable is properly connected. Loosely connected cable can cause on and off charging session so charger status keeps on going to SuspendedEV status.
- Ensure the charger plug and Car charging port is clean. Any debris on the charger plug or your car's charging port can lead to a loose connection resulting to charger keeps going to SuspendedEV status.
- Consult your EV's owner's manual.
