Here are the steps on how to update your payment method via the SWTCH Mobile app:
1. After you downloaded the mobile to your phone, and signed in, please go to the Wallet Section located at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
2. Once inside the Wallet section, edit your payment details as shown below. (You can either enter your CC details or you can "Scan" your card using your camera to avoid typing all the digits.)
3. Click on save details, and you have added a new payment method.
If you are unable to update your payment method in the app, try logging in to the SWTCH website (https://charge.swtchenergy.com) from a mobile browser to update your billing details.
