Ready to get started? Downloading the SWTCH mobile App and starting a charging session is easy and fast. Let's walk through how to get that done in a couple of steps.
1- Download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, as shown below.

2- Open the newly downloaded App in your phone, you will encounter a screen similar to the one below, tap on "Get Started"
3- After you click on Get Started, select the option "Skip" this will take you straight to the sign-up page which would look like this.
4- In the following screen tap on "Sign Up" You have 3 options, you can sign up with a Google account if you have a Gmail address, you can sign up with an Apple account for iOS users, or you can fill the details with your own email, i.e. Outlook, Sympatico, Yahoo, etc. Set a password, enter your first name and last name as shown in the example, and then hit the black "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the screen.
4- Once you sign up, an email will be sent to your Inbox to confirm you own the email address, please verify the account from your mail App.
Once you have confirmed your email, you can go back to the SWTCH App and sign in as demonstrated below.
5 - Once you select sign in, you will be presented with a screen like the one below, you can sign in with your Gmail or iCloud account if you signed up with any of those, or you can use your email and password that you used to sign up in the previous step.
6- Once you're signed in, you will be ready to start charging, and you will be presented with a screen like the one below. Please enter the charger ID displayed on your charging station.
