How can I see my current wallet balance?

SWTCH works on a wallet system, whereby a minimum amount of funds ($10) is added to your SWTCH wallet upon first use. Each charging transaction will then deduct from that minimum. Once your balance hits zero, your credit card will be automatically charged in $10 increments to top up your wallet.


To see your current wallet balance on the SWTCH website, follow the steps below:

1. Log into our website with your account credentials.

2. Go into your account by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.

      3. Select “Accounts” from the list on the left.

To see your current wallet balance on the SWTCH Application, follow the steps below:

1. Open the app.

2. Sign in with your account credentials.

3. Tap the Wallet icon on the bottom right hand corner.
