How can I see my current wallet balance?

SWTCH works on a wallet system. When you sign up, your wallet is automatically loaded with a default balance of $20. As you use the service, charging costs will be deducted from this wallet. If your balance ever reaches below $5, the wallet will auto-reload. The amount it reloads by is configurable — you can set it to any value between $20 and $100.

To see your current wallet balance on the SWTCH website, follow the steps below:

1. Log into our website with your account credentials.
2. Go into your account by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.

      3. Select “Accounts” from the list on the left.

To see your current wallet balance on the SWTCH Application, follow the steps below:

1. Open the app.
2. Sign in with your account credentials.
3. Tap the Wallet icon on the bottom right hand corner.
