Adding additional user to a privately owned SWTCH Chargers

If you own a private individual SWTCH charger, it's crucial to grant access to specific users while maintaining security and control. Here's how to add an authorized user

1. Ask the User to Set Up SWTCH Account

• Create a User Account: If the user does not already have a SWTCH account, they will need to create one. This can be done by downloading the SWTCH mobile app and following the steps here.

• Log In: Once the account is set up, the user should log in using their credentials.

2. SWTCH charger owner will contact us 

• Feel free to email us at support@swtchenergy.com with the new user's information, and we'll be happy to add them as an authorized user.
• If you prefer, you can also give us a call at 1-844-798-2438, and we'll gladly add the new user right away.
