How to register for a SWTCH Account?

Registering for a SWTCH account is easy. You can do it through the SWTCH Mobile App or through a browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Creating an account makes charging easier, so you won't need to enter your information or credit card details every time you make a charge.

Pro tip: Keep in mind how you signed up for your account. This will make it easier to log back in if you get logged out or if you're using a different device, like a phone, tablet, or computer.

Through the SWTCH Mobile App

1. Download and open the SWTCH Mobile app. To download the app go to App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

2. Tap on the “Get Started” button.

3. You can go through the guide by tapping on “Next” or you can "Skip" going directly to the sign-up page.

4. On the sign-up page, you will have the following options:

- Sign up with Apple 
- Sign up with Google
- Manually enter your information

Select an option that is convenient for you.

5. Confirm your SWTCH account through the confirmation email that will be sent to the email address you registered.

Through a browser like Google Chrome or Safari

1. Open Google Chrome or Safari and enter “charge.SWTCHenergy.com” on the address bar.

2. Click on “Sign up” in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. On the sign-up page, you will have the following options:

- Sign up with Apple 
- Sign up with Google
- Manually enter your information

Select an option that is convenient for you.

4. Confirm your SWTCH account through the confirmation email that will be sent to the email address you registered.
