Finding the price of a public SWTCH charger

SWTCH Chargers can be Private - Shared, Private - Individual or Public. Anyone can use a public charger.

In order to use a public charger, you must:

• Have your SWTCH Account set up. For more information, see "How to register for a SWTCH Account"
• Use the App or RFID Card to activate the charger once the vehicle is connected.

Before you start charging, you may first want to inquire about the price of the charger. 

You can display the price of a charger both on the SWTCH Website and the SWTCH App.

On the SWTCH app:

1. Open the app.

2. Enter the Charger ID. The charger information is listed on the left panel.

The price is listed at the bottom of the left panel, under the Type and the Address.

On the SWTCH website:

1. Open the website.

2. Enter the Charger ID. The charger ID is listed directly on the charger. 

The price is listed on the bottom left, above the status of the charger.
